From the Menu Bar the following menu items are searchable by name:

Person Search
Yahrzeit Plaques

Additional information on how To Use the Search Feature

The search feature is used to scan the archives for an individual's information. Since many married women change their middle name to their maiden name, both the person's last name and middle name are searched.

The percent sign ('%') will match any letters of any length. For example, if you wish to search for a name that begins with "Land", enter "Land%". This will match names such as "Land", "Landman", etc.

You may also use the percent sign anywhere in the search letters. For example, if you wish to search for a name that ends with "man", enter "%man". Likewise, the percentage sign may be within the search letters, such as "La%an". Multiple percent signs may also be used, for example: "%gold%" which return names such as "Finegold", "Goldberg", "Goldstein", etc.

To return the information for everyone in the archive, enter only the per cent sign.

You can change the order of the list by clicking on the column heading. For example, if you want to sort the list in descending order by name, click on the "Name" heading. Click on it again to sort the list in ascending name order. (Most of the columns in the lists are sortable.)
